Polytetrafluoroethylene is a high molecular compound with stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, especially better acid resistance, almost complete chemical inertia, and will expand only when exposed to fluorinated hydrocarbons; High temperature resistance, stable physical and chemical properties below 300 ℃, unstable activity above 300 ℃; PTFE material has the smallest surface tension among solid materials and hardly adheres to any substance
Due to the high price of this material, PTFE is rarely used in all cloth bags, but used for filter material film coating technology and impregnation
In order to ensure the appropriate thickness and control the air permeability, additives of other components are also added during film production
The actual service temperature of dust removal filter bag should be controlled below 260 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 280 ~ 290 ℃, which is even higher than the ideal service temperature of general electrostatic precipitator
