The spray liquid of the spray tower is sprayed onto the packing from the top of the tower through the liquid distributor and flows down along the surface of the packing
The gas is sent from the bottom of the tower
After being distributed by the gas distribution device, it is countercurrent with the liquid and continuously passes through the gap of the packing layer
On the packing surface, the gas-liquid two-phase is in close contact for mass transfer
When the liquid flows downward along the packing layer, wall flow sometimes occurs
The wall flow effect causes the uneven distribution of gas-liquid two phases in the packing layer, which reduces the mass transfer efficiency
Therefore, the packing layer in the spray tower is divided into two sections, and a redistribution device is set in the middle to spray onto the lower packing after redistribution

 
Precautions for spray purification tower:

Regulation of circulating water volume: it is determined by the water supply pump of the spray tower
When one boiler is running, one can be opened
When two or three boilers are running at the same time in winter, all the two pumps can be opened
The flow of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow of the circulating pump to make it equal

Dosage in the dosing tank in the spray tower: when one boiler is operated, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of hydrated lime
If two or three boilers are operated in winter, the dosage can be increased according to the corresponding multiple

The sedimentation tank of spray tower shall be cleaned frequently, once a week in summer and once three days in winter

When the ash water separator discharges sewage, it shall be discharged once per shift, and the sewage valves shall be opened separately until there is clear water discharged

The above rotating parts shall be inspected and oiled frequently, and the faults found shall be eliminated in time to ensure the desulfurization effect of the spray tower
