The molding temperature is 250 ~ 270 ℃, and the mold temperature should be controlled at 50 ~ 75 ℃

If the barrel temperature exceeds 275 ℃ or the molten material stays in the barrel for more than 30 minutes, it is easy to cause the material to decompose and become brittle
Large water inlet is required for PBT injection molding, and hot runner system is not suitable
The mold exhaust should be good, and & ldquo; High speed, medium pressure, medium temperature & rdquo; For molding and processing, fireproof material or PBT nozzle material with glass fiber should not be recycled
PE or PP material should be used to clean the material pipe in time during shutdown to avoid carbonization
