Nano titanium dioxide (ug-t25f) is used in textile size
Through the combination with starch, it can improve the comprehensive weaving performance of yarn, reduce the dosage of PVA, shorten the pulping time, reduce the size cost, improve the sizing efficiency, and solve many problems such as difficult desizing of PVA size and environmental pollution

Nano titanium dioxide (ug-t25f) is mainly used to replace PVA in yarn, which plays the role of smoothing hairiness, filling gaps, reducing warp breakage and lubrication

Application:
Procedure for using nano titanium dioxide (ug-t25f) in textile sizing:

The original viscosity of the slurry shall be maintained

The parameters of sizing machine remain stable

Firstly, nano titanium dioxide (ug-t25f) was dispersed into 20% liquid (a)

Dosage of nano titanium dioxide powder: 0
5-2% by weight of starch

(starch weight here = original starch amount + starch amount instead of PVA)

In pure cotton sizing, PVA is replaced by the same amount of starch, and other components remain unchanged

When mixing slurry, properly add the specified amount of water into the mixing bucket, and then shake up the liquid (a) slurry additive

Add the specified amount of starch, stir at medium speed for ten minutes, and then add other raw materials

Heat up and boil the pulp, and press the pulp for 30 minutes under normal pressure or 20 minutes under high pressure

Remarks: 32 yarns, 2 kg of liquid (a) for each barrel of pulp,
40 yarns, 3 kg of liquid (a) for each barrel of pulp,
Retain 5kg PVA for 60 yarns, replace other PVA with the same amount of starch, and use 3
5kg of liquid (a)

If there is liquid polyacrylate size in the size formula, the nano additive should be added after the size is heated to 50 ℃

Addition amount: 900kg slurry + 2 - 8kg liquid a or according to the actual use of customers
