Initial positioning of punch
Before the machine tool arrives at the installation site, we check and clean the foundation of the large lathe according to the machine tool foundation drawing provided by the customer
After unpacking the machine tool, first find the punch technical data and packing list carried with the box, compare and count all parts, and then use the large crane to put the main parts of the large punch in place on the foundation according to the technical data description of the punch

Installation of punch parts
First clean all parts of the press, and then carry out assembly
In the process of assembly, be sure to install the marks during disassembly, connect each component one by one, and use the original positioning elements such as positioning pins and positioning blocks to restore the installation position to the state before the disassembly of the lathe
When connecting these parts, they need to be seated one by one according to the document requirements and labels of the accompanying tools, and tighten the fastening screws to ensure close contact and reliable without falling off
After all components are connected, connect cables, oil pipes and gas pipes

Commissioning and trial operation of punch
Use precision instruments to adjust the bed level of the lathe and adjust the geometric accuracy of the lathe
Then fill the anchor bolt reserved holes of the main engine and accessories
After waiting for complete curing, add lubricating oil to the punch and power on for trial operation
According to the requirements of the technical documents of the punch, the whole machine will gradually check and debug the function of the machine tool and its working reliability after a period of operation under certain load conditions
