2、 Working principle:
After the compressed air passes through the filter pressure reducing valve (optional), the two position two-way solenoid valve controls the opening of the air source (optional), which can be synchronized with the equipment processing
The pneumatic frequency generator is used to control the operation of the pneumatic oil pump
After the compressed air is introduced, the gas-liquid booster piston will increase the oil pressure and discharge it to the measuring parts, and each measuring part will discharge the drip oil quantitatively
After passing through the mixing valve, the compressed air will drive it to spray it to each lubrication point
When the frequency generator disconnects the air source, the plunger of the oil pump returns by spring and completes oil absorption
At the same time, the pressure of each oil outlet metering part is relieved and enters the oil metering, waiting for the next working cycle
