2966a is a radio integrated tester, which includes all measuring equipment required for mobile radio transceiver with test range up to 1000 MHz
It is a compact supporting device designed for workbench or mobile application
It can be regarded as a combination of the following 14 Instruments:
RF frequency meter, audio frequency meter, RF signal generator, RF power meter, audio and DC voltmeter, modulation meter, distortion meter, s/n or SINAD meter, digital storage oscilloscope, sequential tone decoding and coding, DTMF decoding and coding, digital code squelch (DCS) decoding and coding

Button selection provides all the necessary interconnections for each instrument measurement, eliminating many of the interconnections required when using separate instruments
Function selection and data input are carried out on the color code disc, and the operation sequence of the code disc is logically arranged from left to right
