Guardrail pile driver method / procedure

Check the mechanical system and hydraulic system, and start the diesel engine only after the water level and oil level of the diesel engine water tank are normal
Start working after 3 ~ 5 minutes of low-speed no-load operation

The chassis of the machine is driven by hydraulic motor, with hydraulic stepless speed regulation
Different travel speeds can be obtained by adjusting the diesel engine speed and oil supply (hand valve control)
The forward and backward handle of the combined valve is pushed forward as the chassis moves forward, and the backward handle is pulled as the chassis moves backward
The rest of the lower pressure arm lifting cylinder, the upper frame transverse cylinder, the column pitching cylinder and the jib telescopic cylinder are controlled by the combined valve handle
The forward push of the handle is the extension of the cylinder piston rod, and the backward pull is the retraction of the piston

After arriving at the site, check whether the column is not vertical
If it is not vertical, it can be adjusted by pitching oil cylinder (or inclined rod) and lateral screw
The inclined cables on both sides of the column shall be locked
The orientation of the column shall be observed at any time during pile driving displacement

Adjust the longitudinal position of the chassis and the transverse position of the column to make the column reach the calibrated orientation

Raise the hydraulic hammer to the top, put the lower part of the steel pipe pile on the pile position, align the upper part with the pile head at the lower part of the hydraulic hammer, press the steel pipe pile, and then open the hammer for driving
The pile head keeps pressure on the steel pipe pile until the steel pipe pile is driven to the specified size

Due to the poor working environment and large impact vibration of the machine, the dynamics of each part shall be observed at any time during operation
In case of abnormal sound or other abnormal phenomena, stop the machine at any time for inspection, and continue to use after troubleshooting
In case of leakage of hydraulic system joints or loose connecting parts, stop the machine for adjustment and fastening, and continue to use after it is normal

Before the end of each shift, the hydraulic hammer shall be lowered to the low position, and the oil cylinders and piston rods at other places shall be shortened
During distance transfer, the column shall remain tilted back

Use and precautions of guardrail pile driver
1
Preparation before use of new machine
 
① Fill the diesel engine with special engine oil until the scale is set;
 
② Fill the diesel engine with antifreeze;
 
③ The hydraulic oil tank is filled with hm32 anti-wear hydraulic oil (HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is filled in summer or when the temperature is high)
After startup and circulation, it is supplemented appropriately according to the oil storage in the oil tank (after each oil cylinder is filled with hydraulic oil, the oil storage in the oil tank will be greatly reduced

 
④ Start the diesel engine for 3-5 minutes and check whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe joint
If there is oil leakage, tighten the joint screws in time;
 
⑤ Be familiar with each action of each operating handle control equipment

Operation
① Start the diesel engine and run at no load for 3-5 minutes;
 
② After being familiar with the functions of each handle, carry out the actual operation of each handle gently and avoid excessive operation

 
③ After the upper slide is erected, install the fixing screws;
 
④ Keep the slideway vertical during operation;
 
⑤ When driving and pulling out the pile, the hammer head must be in the compaction state with the pile before hammering, and virtual hammering is prohibited;
 
⑥ After the equipment is completed, each oil cylinder shall be in the retracted state to facilitate the equipment to travel;

Precautions
① Nitrogen pressure must be kept at 9-14mpa;
② Ensure sufficient hydraulic oil
When the hydraulic oil is insufficient, the equipment cannot work normally and may not produce impact;
③ When the new engine works for 40-60 hours, replace the special engine oil for the diesel engine;
 
④ When working continuously for a long time, due to the high oil temperature (especially in summer), the hydraulic oil is easy to deteriorate, affecting the pressure of the hydraulic system
If the hydraulic oil is found to be deteriorated, it shall be replaced in time;
 
⑤ When the temperature is low, hm32 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used as the hydraulic oil, and when the temperature is high, HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used;
 
⑥ Before each operation of the equipment, it shall run empty for 3-5 minutes to ensure that the air discharged by the hydraulic system and the engine are at normal operating temperature;
 
⑦ The equipment shall be operated gently to avoid excessive and excessive operation, especially when the upper slide is erected, the excessive operation will lead to the bending and deformation of the slide and make the equipment unable to work normally!
⑧ When driving and pulling out the pile, the hammer head and the pile must be in the compaction state, and it is forbidden to blow falsely, which will damage the piston of the hydraulic hammer;
 
⑨ Due to the large vibration of the machine during operation, it is necessary to often check whether each element of the hydraulic system has oil leakage;
Frequently check whether the electrical components are loose, and deal with the problems in time
