Precautions for maintenance, installation and use:

During decoration, asbestos or Teflon sheets and other soft cushions must be used where they are in contact with the porcelain surface
Tools shall not impact or rub with the porcelain surface, and metal tools shall not be used to shovel

When tightening the screws, tighten them with equal force around to prevent the porcelain surface from cracking due to uneven stress
The screw rod of the discharge valve should always be lubricated to prevent rust

The flowing medium can only be liquid, and no hard particles are allowed to mix into the liquid to prevent the porcelain surface from fuzzing or blocking, opening failure, etc

During installation, pay attention to whether the screws of each part are balanced and whether the lifting (movement) is flexible

All seals on the enamel surface shall be kept in the center
Uniform pressure to prevent leakage

If leakage is found during use, immediately check whether the sealing device is correct, and do not use iron bars or rods to tighten the hand wheel, so as not to damage the parts

When the discharge is blocked, the metal rod or hard tool can be used to dredge, and the metal rod or hard tool shall not be used

Alternate use of acid-base medium (except neutralization reaction medium) shall be avoided as far as possible to avoid shortening the use time

According to the medium performance and service life, the Teflon sealing ring at the neck of the valve body and the Teflon sheet at the orifice plate shall be checked frequently
If any damage is found, it shall be replaced and reused in time

If the porcelain surface is found to be damaged, it shall be stopped immediately
The affected part can be repaired with special paint, or the relevant production unit can be entrusted to make enamel again
