Working principle

Preparation before operation:

The specific methods are as follows:
(1) this manual is for installation φ 31 hollow drill bit as an example, pull the feed handle ⑨ to the rearmost end in the direction of gasoline engine

(2) lift the clamping rocker arm ⑥ towards the gasoline engine

(3) lift the drilling machine, loosen the set screws at two places of the main shaft sleeve with a solid wrench or fingers, install the bit core into the bit, align the two flat places with the two set screws respectively, and add molybdenum disulfide grease into the sleeve to prevent rust
Then insert it into the spline shaft and close to the root of the spline shaft, and then tighten the set screw to complete the installation
The machine is delivered as φ 31 hollow bit, see attached figure:
(4) drill bit disassembly: lift the drilling machine according to the steps (1) and (2) above, rotate the bolt counterclockwise with a solid wrench, and take out the drill bit from the main shaft sleeve

(5) after the operation, the drill bit must be removed with the attached wrench (if the machine is damaged by other wrenches, the consequences will be borne), and the threaded hole must be coated with thin oil or antirust agent

Installation of positioning block:
Select the positioning block ⑩ with the same model as the given rail (this positioning block is a combined dual-purpose positioning block, i

The number is close to one side of the rail to indicate which rail type to drill
Loosen the bolt on the side of the positioning block counterclockwise with a solid wrench
Take 60kg / m as an example, close the 60 pattern to one side of the rail, the positioning groove on the other side is close to the positioning gear of the fixture, and tighten the bolt clockwise

Use of water injection bucket:
Align the handle of nzg-31 drilling machine with the groove at the mouth of the water injection bucket and press it down to the root, rotate the handle counterclockwise until the pressure device is rotated out, fill the water injection bucket with coolant (to prevent the drill bit and the drilled rail hole from rusting), fill it with coolant and tighten it clockwise, then rotate it counterclockwise for a small angle, take it out of the groove at the mouth of the water injection bucket, and press the handle back and forth (pressurize the water injection bucket), Insert the water pipe into the oil pipe 3 in the fixture of the drilling machine, hold the water outlet valve handle of the water injection bucket, press the water valve down with your thumb and push it forward to open it
At this time, press down the drill bit core and confirm that the coolant flows out of the drill bit before proceeding to the next step

Introduction and installation of positioning ruler:
The positioning ruler and the positioning ruler are divided into 43 points and 50 points respectively

Filling fuel and lubricating oil:
Fuel filling: first loosen the fuel tank cover, add more than 90# unleaded gasoline or ethanol gasoline inward, and then tighten the fuel tank cover,
Add lubricating oil: loosen the fuel tank cover first, add more than 90# unleaded gasoline or ethanol gasoline inward, and then tighten the fuel tank cover,
Filling lubricating oil: loosen the oil tank cover of the lubricating chamber first, add lubricating oil inward (sae10w & mdash; 30 gasoline engine lubricating oil is recommended when the ambient temperature is - 10 ~ 40 ℃, sae5w & mdash; 30 gasoline engine lubricating oil is recommended when the ambient temperature is 0 ~ - 30 ℃), and reach the scale mark of its scale
Do not add less or excessive lubricating oil, and tighten the oil tank cover
Press the carburetor storage bubble of gasoline engine with your fingers for several times, and wait until the carburetor storage bubble is filled with gasoline

Start the gasoline engine:
When the temperature of nzg-31 drilling machine is lower than 10 ℃, usually close the damper (lift it up), increase the throttle to 1 / 4, quickly pull the starting disc and slowly put it back
After the gasoline engine is started, slowly open the damper to the maximum (press it down), slowly increase the throttle and idle for 30 seconds
Check whether the transmission part is flexible, whether there is abnormal noise and whether the screw connection is loose
Press the gasoline engine stop button to prepare for drilling
