(1) Insufficient heat sealing temperature
In general, for the composite bag with OPP as lining, when the total thickness of the bag is 80 ~ 90μ M, the heat sealing temperature shall reach 170 ~ 180 ℃; The total thickness of composite bag with PE as lining is 85 ~ 100μ M, the temperature should be controlled at 180 ~ 200 ℃
As long as the total thickness of bag making increases, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly

(2) Too fast heat sealing speed
The sealing failure is also related to the speed of the sealing machine
If the speed is too fast, the sealing part is transferred to the cold pressing part for cooling treatment by the traction roller before it has time to heat up, which naturally can not meet the heat sealing quality requirements

(3) The pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel is inappropriate, and the cutting surface of the heat sealing knife is not smooth enough
The cold pressing rubber wheel has one upper and lower pressure, the pressure between them should be moderate, and only when clamping pressure is needed to adjust the pressure
The heat sealing knife is divided into upper and lower pieces
Usually, the thermocouple is installed in it to sense the temperature transmission
There are three screws on the heat sealing knife
The middle screw plays the role of supporting and reinforcing the blade
The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, which are mainly used to adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife
The upper and lower blades have two springs respectively
The main reason for the unevenness of the cutting surface of the heat sealing tool is that the middle screw is installed obliquely, not horizontally; Or the pressure spring of the upper heat sealing knife is uneven

(4) There is a problem with the quality of heat sealing film
