The rotation direction of the vortex air pump impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan housing

When the high-pressure vortex air pump is working, the working pressure shall not be greater than 8KPa, so as to avoid the damage of the air pump caused by excessive heat and motor overcurrent

Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, other parts of the vortex air pump have no direct contact friction
The air pump bearings are mainly installed in two types
The bearing at the end of the first type of air pump is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller
This type of air pump usually does not need to be greased
The bearing at the end of the second type of air pump is installed in the middle of the pump cover
The bearing at the end of this type of air pump should be lubricated regularly (7018 high-speed grease)
Once a month, the number of refuelling shall be increased for the air pump that works continuously for three shifts
The maintenance of the bearing at the fan end of the air pump motor shall be carried out according to the first type of air pump

The filter screen and silencing device at both ends of the inlet and outlet air shall be cleaned timely according to the situation to avoid blocking and affecting the use

The external connection of air inlet and outlet must adopt hose connection (such as rubber pipe and plastic spring pipe)

Replacement of the bearing of the vortex air pump: the replacement of the bearing must be operated by a person familiar with the repair work
Loosen the screws on the pump cover first, and then disassemble the parts one by one according to the sequence shown in the figure
The removed parts should be cleaned, and then assembled in reverse order
During disassembly, do not pry the impeller hard, and use a special Ramallah
At the same time, do not omit the adjusting gasket, so as not to affect the clearance of the regulator when it leaves the factory
