Working principle of the laboratory rotary evaporator: the evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed and the water bath pot is heated at a constant temperature
Under this condition, the material forms a large area of uniform film evaporation on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle
Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (vacuum device needs to be connected)
When the solvent steam passes through the glass condensation coil, it is cooled into liquid (cooling device needs to be connected) and recovered in the collection bottle
The product needs to be equipped with vacuum devices (circulating water type, rotary vane, diaphragm and other vacuum pumps), and the cooling circulation device forms a system device
Basic configuration:
