Operating instructions:

When starting the machine, turn on the governor switch and slowly rotate the speed control knob until you pay attention to the speed
When stopping the machine, first return the speed control knob to zero
Then turn off the governor switch
Be careful not to turn off the governor switch directly
Avoid damaging the governor
