1、 The consignee and overseas exporter shall be filed
The filing materials of the consignee are as follows:

copies of industrial and commercial business license, organization code certificate, identity certificate of legal representative, filing registration form of foreign trade operator, etc

2、 According to the product information provided by foreign shippers, Chinese labels meeting the requirements of the entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Quarantine Bureau) shall be made

(1) Foreign shippers provide clear and complete front and back label pictures of products, as well as the following product information:
Product Name; Brand; Olive fruit picking year; Acidity; Trans fatty acid content; Country of origin; Storage method; manufacturer; Domestic general distributor; date of manufacture; quality guarantee period; Net content; Nutrients, etc

(2) The production of Chinese labels shall refer to the 2011 general rules for labels;
(3) Foreign shippers shall stick the designed Chinese label on the bottle wall before shipment

3、 Business units apply for automatic import licenses

(1) If the commodities imported by an enterprise are subject to the filing management of * agricultural products, it shall first go to the China Chamber of Commerce for the import and export of food, native produce and livestock for filing

(2) The enterprise uses its own electronic key to log in to the license management platform of the quota and License Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, enter the automatic import license issuing system, enter all the contents of the automatic import license application form online, and click to send it to the Commission of Commerce after it is checked to be correct

(3) The foreign trade operation Office of the Commission of Commerce shall conduct preliminary review and reexamination (special commodities shall be reported to the Ministry of Commerce for reexamination)

(4) After the reexamination is passed, the enterprise shall print the application form for automatic import license and affix its official seal
Together with other materials to be submitted, it shall submit it to the administrative affairs service center of the Commission of Commerce, print the automatic import license, and register and sign on the license registration book

(5) Submit the application form together with the materials and license to the foreign trade operation Office for review, signature and stamping; Automatic import license; Special seal

(6) The enterprise shall take away the first and third copies of the license, and return the fourth copy together with the application form and materials to the administrative affairs service center of the Commission of Commerce for filing

(7) Processing time limit: 5 working days
4、 If the outer package of the product contains wooden packages, ensure that each wooden package has at least two fumigation marks
