Composition of hydraulic system of hydraulic press:
As shown in hydraulic schematic diagram II, the hydraulic system is composed of motor, plunger pump, one-way valve, overflow valve, unloading valve, manual reversing valve, hydraulic cylinder, electric contact pressure gauge, etc

When the manual change-over valve is in the middle position, start the motor, drive the plunger pump through the belt pulley, and through the one-way valve composed of two steel balls, the high-pressure oil enters the manual change-over valve and returns to the oil tank, so that the system is in the unloading state

When the manual directional valve is in the upward position (lifting), the high-pressure oil enters the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder and pushes the piston upward to squeeze out the oil

When the manual directional valve is in the downward position (press), high-pressure oil enters the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder to push the piston down

The system is equipped with an upward electric contact pressure gauge
When the electric contact pressure in the pressing process is expressed to 40MPa, the motor can automatically power off and stop oil supply, indicating that the nominal pressure of the oil press has reached the downward direction
It is controlled by a microswitch
When the piston falls to the specified position, the motor can automatically stop oil supply

High pressure overflow valve is a safety device designed to prevent system overload
The adjustment of unloading valve can realize the rapid rise of piston and slow oil pressing

During the pressing process, the oil yield can be improved by repeatedly starting and stopping the machine and maintaining the pressure for 2-3 times
