1 system purpose and characteristics
KJ616 (A) The dynamic monitoring system of coal mine roof is a computer online measurement system for the working resistance of fully mechanized mining support in coal mine
The system integrates computer detection technology, data communication technology and sensor technology to monitor the working resistance and other ground pressure parameters of fully mechanized mining support in real time, so as to evaluate the working state of support and the adaptability between support and geological conditions, and study the ground pressure behavior of mining face It provides a basis for roof management of working face

1 the equipment used in the dispatching room of the machine room in the system works normally under the following conditions:
a) Ambient temperature: 15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃;
b) Relative humidity: 40% ~ 70%;
c) Temperature change rate: less than 10 ℃ / h without condensation;
d) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa ～ 106kpa;
e) Dust, lighting, noise, electromagnetic field interference and grounding conditions specified in GB / T 2887

2 the equipment used in coal mine underground in the system works normally under the following conditions:
a） Ambient temperature: 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;
b） Not more than 95% (+ 25 ℃);

d） Corrosive gas with explosive gas mixture but no significant vibration and impact and no balanced insulation

1 system composition
The system consists of monitoring main and standby computers, printers, uninterruptible power supply, power lightning arrester, RS485 / USB converter Kj616 (a) - J mine intrinsically safe data transmission interface (hereinafter referred to as the interface), kj616 (a) - F1 mine intrinsically safe transmission master station (hereinafter referred to as the master station), kj616 (a) - F2 mine intrinsically safe monitoring substation (hereinafter referred to as the substation), sensors, kdw28-18 (a) mine flameproof and intrinsically safe uninterruptible power supply and cables
