The exhaust gas temperature of various smelting furnaces and baking kilns is 650 ℃ ~ 1250 ℃; The exhaust temperature of power machinery such as gas turbine and diesel engine is 370 ℃ ~ 540 ℃
The installation of waste heat boiler can absorb part of the heat in these flue gases, and the heat energy utilization rate of the whole system can be significantly improved
For example, after the installation of waste heat boiler in steel rolling heating furnace, the utilization rate of heat energy in the whole system can even be increased by about one time

To use the boiler well, we must first clarify the performance parameter information of the equipment
The main parameter information of waste heat boiler is reflected in three aspects:

Flue gas volume (standard condition or working condition), flue gas inlet temperature, flue gas composition, flue gas dust content, flue gas side pressure (positive pressure or negative pressure), boiler flue gas side system resistance

Boiler parameters:
Rated evaporation capacity of boiler, rated steam pressure of boiler, rated steam temperature of boiler and flue gas temperature of boiler

Other parameters:
Industry of main flue gas system, system process description, boiler installation form, boiler structure form, meteorological parameters of boiler installation place or other special requirements
For example, the temperature of flue gas entering the waste heat boiler is an important factor determining the layout of heating surface of waste heat boiler
If the inlet flue gas temperature is 400 ℃ ~ 900 ℃, the convection tube bundle is mainly set in the boiler, and the furnace chamber is not set; However, there are exceptions when the melting point of smoke and dust is low
A cooling furnace room should be set to control the temperature of inlet smoke entering the convection flue and avoid ash bridging between convection tube rows
