usage method
A certain amount of BP-650 water thickening agent is weighed and slowly added to the solution of 25-30 degree water mixed with high polar solvent at low speed stirring (generally recommended in water: high polarity solvent =3:1 to 1:1)
The speed is adjusted to 2000-2500rpm and the 20-30min is dispersed so as to fully disperse and form homogeneous gel
It can be used directly or 8-24h standby
The concentration of the gel depends on the mixing speed and the viscosity of the dispersing equipment
The recommended gel concentration is 5-8%
The recommended addition amount in the system is 0
2% - 1%
The customer should test and select the best addition amount according to the actual situation
