Fast thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of molten steel and high-temperature molten metal

The working principle of fast thermocouple is to measure the temperature of molten steel and high molten metal by using the temperature difference and electrothermal generated at both ends of the thermocouple according to the thermoelectric effect of metal
It is mainly composed of temperature measuring couple head and large paper tube
The coupling head mainly has positive and negative coupling wires welded on the compensation wire, the compensation wire is embedded on the support, the support is covered with a small paper tube, and the coupling wire is supported and protected by quartz
The outermost part is equipped with anti slag cap
All parts and components are centrally loaded into the mud head and bonded into a whole with fire-resistant filler, which is not removable, so it is disposable

Application method of fast thermocouple

According to the measured object and range, select the appropriate length of protective paper tube and applicable temperature measuring gun

At this time, the pointer can be put back on the thermometer (or the pointer can be put back into good contact) for quick measurement

The insertion depth of the fast thermocouple into the molten steel should be 300-400mm
During the measurement, do not measure on the furnace wall or slag, so as to be fast, stable and accurate
When the secondary instrument obtains the results, the gun should be lifted immediately
The immersion time of the fast thermocouple in the molten steel should not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise the temperature measuring gun is easy to be burned

After the temperature measuring gun is removed from the furnace, remove the used thermocouple and install a new one
Pause for a few minutes to prepare for the next measurement
Continuous measurement and disassembly are not allowed, otherwise the temperature difference will fluctuate
