Epoxy zinc rich anticorrosive paint is a high zinc content, two-component epoxy zinc rich primer
The zinc content meets the requirement of dry film zinc content grade 2 in sspc-20 paint
This is a high-performance primer, which, as part of the anti-corrosion coating system, can provide the best protection for various corrosive environments, including offshore structures, petrochemical plants, paper mills, bridges and power plants

Construction instructions
Surface treatment: all surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants
Before coating, all surfaces shall be evaluated and treated in accordance with iso8504:2000

Oil and grease shall be removed in accordance with sspc-sp1 solvent cleaning standard

The steel surface shall be sand blasted to Sa2
5 (iso8501-1:2007)
If oxidation occurs in the sand blasting and construction painting room, the surface shall be sand blasted to the specified standard

Surface defects exposed by blast cleaning shall be polished, filled in or treated in a suitable manner

The recommended surface roughness is 40-75 microns
