Design and construction of electronic dust-free workshop

  Requirements for electronic dust-free workshop:
During the design of clean room (area), the status of air cleanliness level (empty, static and dynamic) shall be determined through consultation with the owner

The air cleanliness level of the production environment of various electronic products shall be determined according to the production process requirements; If there is no requirement, it can be determined according to Appendix A of this specification

The clean room can be divided into tunnel type, open type and microenvironment according to the production process characteristics of electronic products, air cleanliness level and layout requirements
It can also be divided into one-way flow clean room, non one-way flow clean room and mixed flow clean room according to the air flow pattern

The air cleanliness level of each clean room (area) in the clean workshop shall be determined according to the characteristics of electronic product production process and the type of clean room

Under any of the following circumstances, the purified air conditioning system should be set separately:

Different operation shifts or use time;
2
The substances emitted in the production process have an impact on other processes and equipment, and have an impact on product quality or the health and safety of operators;
3
There are great differences in temperature and humidity control requirements;
4
The heating of process equipment in clean room (area) varies greatly;
5 purified air conditioning system and general air conditioning system;
6 purification air conditioning system with excessive air volume

The design of air flow pattern shall meet the following requirements:

The air flow pattern shall meet the requirements of product production process and air cleanliness level
When the air cleanliness level is 1 ~ 5, unidirectional flow or mixed flow shall be adopted; When the air cleanliness level is 6 ~ 9, non unidirectional flow should be adopted;
The type of purified air conditioning system shall be determined according to the scale of clean workshop, air cleanliness grade and product production process characteristics
When the area of clean room (area) is small or only local purification is required, decentralized purification air conditioning system should be adopted,
The clean room (area) air supply mode of the clean workshop can be divided into centralized air supply, tunnel air supply, fan filter unit air supply, etc
According to the use function of the clean room (area) and the requirements of reducing energy consumption, the air supply mode with economical operation and energy saving shall be adopted through technical and economic comparison

The fresh air of the purified air-conditioning system of multiple sets of purified air-conditioning systems operating at the same time or the purified air-conditioning system of the clean workshop of large electronic industry shall be treated in a centralized manner

The setting of fan filter unit shall meet the following requirements:

It shall be selected according to the air cleanliness grade and air supply volume;

It shall be arranged according to the requirements of the production process in the clean room (area) for the air flow pattern;
3
The superimposed noise and vibration during final resistance shall meet the requirements of production process and this specification;
4
The air supply volume shall be adjustable;
5
It shall be convenient for installation, maintenance and filter replacement
In case of full distribution or high layout rate, the strength of the shell shall meet the maintenance requirements

The setting of laminar flow hood shall meet the following requirements:
1 laminar flow hood should be used for local purification areas equal to or more than grade 5 in clean room (area);
2
The form and air inlet mode of laminar flow hood shall be selected according to the needs of production process or equipment;
3
The superimposed noise and vibration during final resistance shall meet the requirements of production process and this specification;
4
The installation method shall not affect the production operation
