Business license of product manufacturer or distributor

The certificate of permitted sales or certificate of origin of the product in the producing country (region)
4 trademark authorization or processing authorization
5 description materials of the contents marked on the label

There are 5 sets of samples of food labels
If it is difficult to provide samples, valid photos can be provided, or scanned and printed samples can be processed & ldquo; Label pre approval signature & rdquo;
 
The required information is as follows: (Commodity Inspection Bureau Office)
Application form for review of import and export food labels (with the official seal of the importer)
Copy of the business license of the import and export unit (with the official seal of the import unit)
Copy of certificate of origin (with the official seal of the importer)
English documents of color pictures of the outer packaging of imported goods (printed with A4 paper and stamped with the official seal of the importing unit) (sometimes, take the physical samples of the packaging of imported food, OK)
Chinese and English copies of the outer package of imported goods (printed on A4 paper and stamped with the official seal of the importing unit)
