Heat shrinkable tape connection is generally used for PE large-diameter pipe with pipe diameter less than 1200mm and steel belt reinforced spiral bellows (at present, fiber reinforced polyethylene heat shrinkable tape can only be used to add clamps along two layers of outer layers of the interface)
During connection, the operation must be carried out according to the process requirements of the heat shrinkable pipe (belt)
Firstly, the outer wall of the pipe at the connection part shall be polished and the surface of the pipe shall be treated
After the heat shrinkable pipe (belt) is sleeved on the two pipe ends to be connected, it shall be heated to bond the inner wall of the heat shrinkable pipe (belt) with the outer wall of the pipe
After cooling, a constant wrapping force shall be formed to meet the requirements of pipe connection

When heat shrinkable connection is adopted, the pipe ends to be connected shall be aligned and no gap shall be left as far as possible
When heating the heat shrinkable sleeve, pay attention to the degree of fire cliff
It can be heated gradually from the middle of the heat shrinkable sleeve to both sides, or from one end to the other end
The gas between the heat shrinkable pipe and the pipe shall not be excluded to make it fit all the pipes
At the same time, the hot melt adhesive shall overflow from the heat shrinkable port

When two pipes are aligned, take down several fulcrums from the two pipes and level and align them

Both ends of the connected pipe orifice shall be cleaned with rags and water to ensure that the connecting part of the pipe orifice is dry and free of dirt before the next process

The pipes at both ends of the pipe orifice shall be leveled and aligned, and the seam gap shall be generally 0 & mdash; 6mm, the misalignment deviation of pipe orifice shall not be greater than 2mm generally
The heat shrinkable belt shall be heated evenly and move gradually
If bubbles or folds appear during the shrinkage process, the bubbles shall be eliminated
