  First of all, there are two main reasons for this situation

After primary cooling, the gas temperature shall be controlled at 20 ℃, and the resistance of the primary cooling tower shall be controlled below 1500pa
Pay attention to the uniform spraying of light oil at the upper and lower sections
If the resistance of the tower will not increase sharply, if the spraying is good, it is no problem not to clean the primary cooling tower for twoorthree years

The gas filter or preheater before the return gas enters the coke oven shall discharge the liquid frequently
The preheater can be changed into a water pipe to cool the gas (this method is unrealistic, and there is no such problem if the primary cooling tower is well controlled)

Another possibility is that there may be less liquid gas on the boiler gas pipeline
Go to the gas company to drill two 80 holes with gas and add more liquid gas seals

The electric trap must be on for a long time
The gear should not be too high
Generally, it should be a little higher than the middle
If there are ten gears, it is OK to turn to the fifth or sixth gear
