Introduction: d106-5 water soluble antirust sealer is a brown liquid, which is not easy to burn after being diluted with water
It can form a dense protective film on the surface of metal (the effect of workpiece after electroplating is better)
It has strong antirust, anti oxidation and anti discoloration effects, easy to use, easy to operate and simple equipment
It is suitable for metal stamping iron parts, Anti rust and anti-oxidation treatment of various standard parts after plating (such as 201 stainless iron, 304 stainless steel, nickel, pure copper, brass plating, red copper plating, chemical nickel, blackening, black nickel, tin, chromium, etc
) shall be applied to electroplating, continuous electroplating and chemical plating
The antirust ability and salt spray resistance of the treated workpiece can greatly enhance the surface gloss, will not stick together, and will not affect the conductivity and welding
For steel without electroplating, stainless steel metal also has good anti rust ability

Operation flow: electroplating workpiece → Two washes → Passivation & rarr; Two washes → Soak in water-soluble antirust sealer & rarr; Centrifuge drying → Drying (drying directly without washing water until the white liquid just disappears, and too long drying time will affect the appearance and salt spray resistance) → packing

Operation process:
Concentration: 2-20% (i

2-20 liters of water-soluble antirust sealant in 100 liters of working fluid, 80-98 liters of pure water or clean tap water, and the standard value is 5% - 10%)
Working fluid temperature: please dilute with normal temperature water
In winter or when the temperature is low, please dilute with 35-50 ℃ hot water

Time: 30 seconds - 5 minutes (if time permits, it is recommended to soak for more than 3 minutes)

Drying temperature: 50-80 ℃ (the soaked workpiece can be dried after dehydration by centrifuge without washing)

Concentration usage parameters:
