2 , Requirements for pollutant sampling and monitoring: the boiler using enterprise shall establish the enterprise monitoring system, formulate the monitoring plan, carry out self-monitoring on the pollutant emission status and its impact on the surrounding environmental quality, keep the original monitoring records and publish the monitoring results in accordance with the relevant regulations
Boiler using enterprises shall design, build and maintain sampling ports, sampling test platforms and sewage outlet signs in accordance with the requirements of environmental monitoring management regulations and technical specifications
The sampling of waste gas discharged from the boiler shall be carried out at the specified pollutant emission monitoring position according to the type of pollutants to be monitored
If there is a waste gas treatment facility, it shall be monitored after the facility
The monitoring and sampling of air pollutants in the exhaust funnel shall be carried out in accordance with gb5468, GB / t16157 or HJ / t397
Steam boilers of 20t / h and above and hot water boilers of 14MW and above shall be equipped with automatic pollutant emission monitoring equipment, which shall be connected with the monitoring network of the environmental protection department, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and the administrative measures for automatic monitoring of pollution sources
For the monitoring of air pollutants, the monitoring quality assurance and quality control shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of HJ / t373
