During installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground

The equipment shall be fixed on a special foundation and fixed by embedded bolts
If no special foundation is laid, anti vibration rubber plates should be laid between the workbench and the equipment base
Before use, the equipment must be equipped with safe and reliable grounding protection wires
Note: after the equipment is installed in place, the device used to fix the screen body and base during transportation must be removed before starting the machine
After the new screen is installed, it should be checked according to the following requirements:

Check the insulation resistance of the vibration motor winding to the ground, if it is less than 20mω It can only be used after drying

On the upper and lower spring seats of the screen body and the base, the spring should be completely vertically embedded in the spring seat to ensure the balance of the screen body
The vibrating part of the screen machine must not have any hard connection or contact with other objects outside the machine

Close the power switch, confirm that the vibration motor rotates synchronously and reversely, and carry out idling for 10-20 minutes
If the equipment has abnormal sound during operation, it should be shut down quickly for inspection and treatment
After the equipment operates normally, a small amount of materials that need to be screened can be set into the screening machine through the feed port, confirm that the materials move towards the discharge port, and then gradually increase to the required and bearable feeding amount

When screening materials, the materials should be evenly put into the feed port to ensure that the materials on the screen surface are evenly distributed
When the material falls, there should be no big impact to avoid damaging the screen
Under special circumstances (such as large difference in particle size of the material, large proportion of the material, etc
), a layer of coarse screen should be added on the feed inlet as a buffer

The user can increase or decrease the exciting force of the screen machine according to the number of layers of the screen machine and the specific gravity of the material (increase or decrease the exciting force by adjusting the included angle of the eccentric weights at both ends of the vibrating motor), so that the screen machine can achieve a good screening effect

When the equipment is shut down, it will produce an instantaneous resonance zone
At this time, the amplitude and noise will increase significantly, which is a normal phenomenon
Before the equipment is started and shut down, there must be no residual material on the screen surface
The screen should be checked frequently for tension and damage
