Principle and structure:
The inner core is a high-purity aluminum rod, the surface is oxidized into alumina film, and it is coated with a multi empty gold film
A capacitance is formed between the gold film and the inner core
Due to the water absorption characteristics of alumina film, when water vapor molecules are sucked into it, the capacitance value changes
The humidity can be obtained by detecting and amplifying the capacitance signal
