It is acceptable to register for the exhibition by fax or email
Please note that the deadline is September 10, 2021 (the deadline for the booth to be sold out will be advanced)

Received & ldquo; Exhibition Application Form & rdquo; After confirmation, the booth will be confirmed
After confirmation, the exhibition organizer will fax or mail the formal contract to the participating company

According to the requirements of the form * issued by the organizer, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth rent by bank telegraphic transfer as the deposit (RMB) or pay in full at one time to determine the booth location
The balance of booth rent shall be remitted no later than September 10, 2021

After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibitor company, which includes relevant information such as exhibition transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, article rental and attendants, advertising and visa application
Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline
