The Secretariat of the organizing committee should handle the registration procedures for exhibitors within two days after receiving the form of Exhibition Application and contract, and issue the booth confirmation

the exhibitor shall remit the exhibition expenses to the bank account designated by the organizing committee according to the payment time specified in the booth confirmation
If the exhibitor fails to pay within the time limit, the organizing committee shall have the right to change the original booth or cancel his / her qualification to participate in the exhibition
The payment account shall be subject to the account designated in the booth confirmation
