2、 Usage of electrical bushing gauge:

For the detection of the maximum Da outer diameter of hard casing, select the gauge according to figure 2, take three casing with a length of 1000mm, select the corresponding gauge, and when measuring the casing of corresponding specification, the gauge shall be able to pass through the casing under the action of its own weight;

A) for the minimum outer diameter detection, select the gauge according to figure 3
When measuring the casing of corresponding specifications, the casing cannot pass the gauge without external force

  b) The gauge of semi-rigid casing and corrugated casing shall be selected according to figure 4, and the casing type of corresponding specification shall be measured
Under the action of no external force, the casing cannot pass the gauge

A) for the measurement of the minimum inner diameter of hard casing, select the gauge according to Fig
5, take three 1000mm long casing, and when measuring the casing of corresponding specifications, the gauge shall be able to pass through the casing under the action of its own weight
  b) The inner diameter of semi-rigid casing and corrugated casing shall be measured with vernier caliper, and 3 values shall be measured equally along the circumference of each casing
A total of 9 inner diameter values shall be measured for the three casings
It is required that the measured value shall not be less than the minimum inner diameter value in table 2 in the specification
  c) For the measurement of the minimum wall thickness, a section of casing shall be intercepted, 4 bisection points along the cross section shall be tested with vernier caliper, one of which is the thinnest point, and the average value of the data of 4 points shall be taken
