0007 construction principle: pneumax proportional pressure regulating valve is based on the mechanical structure of two balance poppet valves
One valve controls the connection of the air inlet and the air outlet through the nozzle, and the connection of the air outlet
The other valve controls the connection of the air outlet and the exhaust through the nozzle
Two poppet valves are connected to a diaphragm through a connecting rod
The pilot chamber of the diaphragm is pressurized by two 10mm 2-position 2-way solenoid valves
This control technology allows us to adjust the electronic pilot port with changing the frequency of the supplied electronic switch signal
One solenoid valve is used to provide pressure (inlet valve) and the other is used to relieve pressure (exhaust valve)
