Original product description
The CDS series is designed to remove dust adhering to plastic granules before or during injection molding and extrusion processing. During material conveying, friction can generate static electricity that causes dust to remain attached to particle surfaces.
This equipment uses an electrostatic eliminator to neutralize surface static, placing the attached dust into a non-adsorbed state. A high-pressure blower then directs the released dust toward a collection bin, while the treated plastic particles discharge from the lower section into a material storage bin.
Three models are listed. The CDS-250 has a 0.55 kW dust-separating blower and maximum throughput of 100 kg/hr. The CDS-500 uses a 2.2 kW blower and is rated for up to 250 kg/hr. The CDS-1000 uses a 4 kW blower and provides the series maximum throughput of 500 kg/hr.
