Product overview The YFM-50. Ton is a welded steel ft ISO flat racks used with single- or double-hook jib cranes;the supplied product specification also lists 20 ft, 40 ft, and 45 ft configurations. Rated lifting capacity is 50 tons.
Supported configuration and operation The spreader uses a box-type end-beam structure and four hoist points. Its heavy-hammer semi-automatic twist locks are actuated as the crane operator lands and lifts the spreader, eliminating manual pin turning during that operating sequence.
The states that this mechanism requires no hydraulic or electrical system. Fixed lifting eyes, extra-large 180 × 340 mm lifting rings, a steel-core rope, and welded construction are listed. Testing and maintenance information Each spreader is specified to receive a 150% static-load test before delivery.
All lifting eyes are safety-tested, and each twist lock receives a 25-ton safety test. The documented maintenance schedule calls for periodic inspection, fastener checks, and lubrication.
Twist locks are to be lubricated every six months, while connecting-rod hinge points and bearing blocks require frequent lubrication. Additional inspections are specified according to operating hours or accumulated container lifts.
