This automatic thermoforming modified atmosphere packaging machine is designed for solid food products such as frozen snacks, finger foods, prepared meals, meat, poultry, sausages, salami, seafood, bakery products, cheese, dried fruit and nuts. It uses separate top and bottom film rolls.

The bottom film is formed into an open container, after which the product is loaded and the package is vacuumed, gas flushed, sealed and cut into individual units. The stated workflow is automatic from package forming through finished-package output. Operation is managed through a 10-inch PLC touch screen.

Safety sensors are installed around covers, doors and other removable parts so the machine can stop when these areas are opened. Optional functions described for the system include date printing, automatic labeling and integration with third-party equipment.
