Automatic 15 mL Petroleum Jelly Hot Filling, Cool | RFQ Sourcing Details

This automatic linear packaging system is described for hot filling 15 mL petroleum jelly and similar paste products such as balm, wax and ointment.

Its integrated process includes bottle lifting and centrifugal unscrambling, buffered conveying, top-surface labeling, grouped bottle feeding, 10-nozzle filling, controlled cooling, bottle discharge, roll-film heat sealing and cap application. PLC and touch-screen controls are used across the line.

The bottle unscrambler is designed for plastic round bottles and has separa labeling section uses a rotary transfer table, two labeling stations and servo drive;its stated maximum label speed is 45 m/min, with label lengths from 10 to 300 mm and top-labeling accuracy of ±1 mm.

The hot-filling machine has 10 nozzles and a stated filling scope of 15 mL. The source lists a filling speed of 150–200 bottles per minute and filling accuracy of ≤±1%. Product- , while the nozzles use an anti-leak design. Individual nozzles or all nozzles can be adjusted through the control system.

After filling, containers travel through a refrigerated cooling tunnel intended to cool and consolidate the hot-filled material before sealing and capping.

The described configuration includes three cooling units plus a 3 m buffer conveyor, with an overall stated tunnel dimension of approxima ines 10 sealing heads and 10 capping heads.

It cuts and applies roll film, supports an adjustable sealing-temperature range of 50–200°C, feeds and positions caps, and then screws them onto the containers. The stated operating speed is 170–200 bottles per minute for 15 mL containers.

The system includes no-bottle/no-sealing and no-bottle/no-capping control, automatic counting and bottle-mold conveying. Procurement note: several ratings apply to individual modules rather than to one common electrical supply.

The source lists both 220 V single-phase equipment and 380 V three-phase equipment, so buyers should confirm the complete electrical schedule, connected load and utility interfaces for the final configuration.
