Buyer's Digest

Use this page as a product-first sourcing checkpoint before sending an RFQ. Category: Filling And Bottling Lines. Confirm application fit, capacity, materials, destination, lead time and compliance requirements before comparing suppliers.

Original product description

The GP-5600 is a fully automatic linear bottling solution designed for edible oils, including cooking oil, coconut oil, and olive oil. Its filling section uses a plunger dosing system with servo-driven pistons. The listed configuration also includes suck-back nozzles intended to reduce dripping during filling.

Available filling ranges are 20–100 mL, 100–1000 mL, 200–3000 mL, and 500–5000 mL. The filling machine can be configured with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 16 nozzles. Listed output varies by nozzle configuration, from 600–800 bottles per hour with two nozzles to 5000–6000 bottles per hour with sixteen nozzles.

The stated filling tolerance is ±0.5%. Actual output and filling behavior should be confirmed using the buyer’s oil, container, and target fill volume. The downstream screw-capping machine combines bottle infeed, cap sorting, cap elevation, capping, and bottle discharge.

It is specified for glass or plastic bottles with diameters of 40–100 mm and heights of 80–250 mm. Listed cap dimensions are 15–50 mm in diameter and 15–35 mm in height.

Six-, eight-, and ten-head capping configurations are described, with a stated capacity of 3000–12000 bottles per hour and a capping qualified rate of at least 99.8%. A customizable labeling machine can apply labels to one or two sides of round, square, or flat containers.

It uses PLC control and a touch-screen interface. The described end-of-line system can arrange bottles in 2×2, 2×4, or 3×4 layouts, erect cartons, seal carton bottoms, load bottles, and seal filled cartons.

A robotic palletizer is also available for handling items such as cartons, plastic crates, bottles, bags, barrels, and shrink-wrapped products. The filling machine is electrically driven and includes a buffer tank with level controls.

Listed electrical options are single-phase or three-phase four-wire AC 220 V or 380 V, ±10%. Filling-machine air pressure is stated as 0.55–0.8 MPa, while power and air consumption vary with nozzle count.

The listed machine specification is 1650 × 1550 × 2200 mm with a weight of 1200 kg and plywood-case transport packaging.

Procurement confirmation: Before ordering, the buyer should request a final configuration sheet covering the required fill range, nozzle count, target throughput, oil properties, bottle and cap drawings, label format, carton pattern, pallet format, electrical supply, compressed-air capacity, and included line modules.

Buyers should also confirm whether the stated dimensions and weight apply only to the filling machine or to another selected configuration, and obtain an agreed acceptance test for filling accuracy, dripping, capping quality, labeling, and line integration.

Customization is listed as available, and the stated warranty period is one year;its scope, exclusions, service procedure, installation responsibilities, training, spare parts, and commissioning arrangements should be documented in the purchase contract.
