Automatic belt deflection device Uses, characteristics, scope of application 1.1 main application It is suitable for correcting the deviation of the belt conveyor for coal mine, and also suitable for correcting the deviation of the belt conveyor for the bulk material conveying workplace such as coal washing in leaky days, which is the device component to support the conveyor belt and the bearing material on it, and to ensure the stable operation of the conveyor belt.
1.2 specificities This deviation correction device has simple structure, high sensitivity, long service life, no damage to the belt, reduced operating costs, versatility, easy installation, and maintenance-free. It provides a good control means for belt deflection correction.
It can save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for the operation on site and lay a good foundation for safe production and economic operation. The design adopts common external dimensions.
Simple installation and maintenance, no need to change the original belt conveyor bracket and other parts, adjustable installation height and width.
1.3 Scope of Application: This automatic guiding device is applied to belt conveyor in all fields (such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal mine, foodstuff, etc.) without any limitation of environment.
The belt conveyor has a belt speed of 1.5m/s to 5m/s, a capacity of 100T/h to 3,500T/h, a maximum working load of 2,000N, and a conveyor inclination angle of ≤18°.
The deflection correcting device is used to carry bulk materials on the upper branch, and the groove shape of deflection correcting roller group mainly includes 25°, 30°, 35°, 45°, 30°, 35° and 45°, There are four kinds of groove shapes for the corrective roller group: 25°, 30°, 35°, 45°, and so on.
The "V"-shaped and "I"-shaped deflection adjusting device is mainly used for deflection adjusting under the return trip. 2. Working environment, implementation standards 2.1 Working conditions: a) The ambient temperature is 20ºC-+40ºC.
