Eccentric Offshore Marine Deck Crane, Grab crane with eccentric arm OEM & ODM Certificate: CCS, ABS, BV, RMRS, DNV, LR, NK, CE, ISO9001 The working parameters are the same as for the crane type;Liebherr CGB 300 with 10m eccentric arms as mentioned below: Working Radius: Min to Max Radius 5-30m, Ex-centre arm 10m Capacity of 10m ex-centre arm in sheltered water Grab operation 5-28m/25t Grab operation 5-30m/25t Hook operation 5-30m/30t The Eccentric Offshore Marine Deck Crane is a new type of grab crane with base built on an off-centre platform, designed for cargo transfer between bulk carriers and barges, with two working radii, and depending on the requirements it can be designed as a single boom with swivelling platform or as two booms with swivelling platforms, suitable for STS operations.
Cranes (with eccentric platforms for handling up to 5 Handysize vessels with two cranes) with lifting capacities of up to 30 tonnes and working radii of up to 40 metres.
Differences compared to conventional/ordinary cranes: The crane can be installed on an eccentric platform to further improve outreach, cycle time, and positioning performance.
With the same large lifting capacity, the Eccentric Offshore Marine Deck Crane not only increases the working radius of the operation, but also saves deck space and reduces the likelihood of boom collisions. The eccentric boom is 10 metres longer than a standard deck crane, extending the operating range.
